Data Deletion Policy

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request the removal of their personal data collected or processed by Technoraft Digital Solutions through its platforms, mobile applications, SaaS systems, and WhatsApp-based services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the processes described below.

1. Purpose of Data Deletion

Technoraft Digital Solutions is committed to:

  • Protecting user privacy
  • Providing full control over personal data
  • Ensuring compliance with global data protection standards, including GDPR and Meta's requirements

Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time.

2. Methods for Requesting Data Deletion

Users can submit a deletion request through any of the following channels:

A. Email Request (Recommended)

The message must include:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Phone number (if applicable)
  • A clear statement requesting data deletion

B. WhatsApp Request

Send a message to our official WhatsApp support number: 📱 +01503636066

Suggested message: "Requesting deletion of my personal data."

C. In-App Request (If Available)

For SaaS platforms or mobile applications developed by Technoraft:

  • Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Data
  • Submit the deletion request

3. Processing Time

Once we receive a valid deletion request:

  • It will be reviewed by our Data Protection team
  • Data will be permanently deleted within 7 to 14 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp once the process is completed

4. Scope of Data Removed

Upon approval, we will delete:

  • Personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.)
  • Account information
  • Stored messages (if applicable)
  • Usage records
  • Billing or subscription data (unless legally required to retain)
  • Any files or documents uploaded through our platforms

All deletions are conducted securely and irreversibly.

5. Data That Cannot Be Deleted Immediately

Some categories of data may need to be retained temporarily to comply with:

  • Financial record-keeping obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Such retention is allowed only for the minimum required period.

6. Deletion of WhatsApp Data

If you interacted with Technoraft through WhatsApp:

  • Only messages related to support or service requests may be stored
  • No personal chats are collected or accessed
  • WhatsApp-related data will also be deleted upon request, unless restricted by Meta's technical limitations

7. Third-Party Data Handling

If your data has been processed by authorized third-party providers:

  • We will forward your deletion request to them whenever applicable
  • They are obligated to follow industry-standard data protection rules

8. Confirmation of Deletion

Once the deletion process is completed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Your account (if any) will be permanently deactivated
  • Access to all associated services will be removed
